Here are some of the features of this IP phone: A large display which can scroll to allow for more content A simple layout for easy use An intelligent navigation key to provide access to the 4028 IP handset settings and functions A full QWERTY keyboard allowing fast IP transfer and speed dial Can accomodate 30+ staff A spare hands free phone Color-coded functions Message system with voicemail notification System speed dial Mute The Qwerty keyboard allows the user to retreive customer names by an automatic alphabetised index. The keyboard can also be used for the internal IP office messages. The color-coded buttons on the 4028 IP Alcatel phone have some that are flashing for easier identification. For instance, a red flashing light would mean that you have voicemail and orange light shows that the speakerphone is on and a yellow light is for mute.
